Ingredients: Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Water, Salt.
Instruction: Take out 1 rice paper to put on hand, 1 cup of filtered water, then dip the rice paper in water. Put the prepared meat filling in the middle of the cake and roll it on three sides until it is round and then fry until golden. We got spring rolls.
* Note: It is better to eat spring rolls while hot to keep the taste better.
