INGREDIENTS: Water, naturally fermented soy milk, sugar, salt; flavor enhancers: monosodium L-glutamate (621), disodium 5'-guanylate (627), disodium 5'-inosinate (631), sweetener; acesulfame potassium (950), aspartame (951); coloring: caramel I-plain (150a); stabilizer: guar gum (412); preservative: potassium sorbate (202); acidity regulator: citric acid (330).

Acidity (According to Acetic Acid): 0.45g – 1g
PH: 4.2 – 5.5
