INGREDIENTS SELECTING

Raw noodles is made by the following main ingredients: Wheat flour, yellow color which is extracted from turmeric. We ensure that every products are not contains any harmful colorings

For spice packages included in each noodle package: refined salt, refined oil, dried vegetables.

FLOUR MIXING

ROLLING AND CUTTING

Wheat flour after mixing process is conveyed to the plate rolling device by a conveyor system. At here, the batch pairs of coarse rolling and fine rolling mill will gradually roll the dough to be thinner. On the other hand, the slice of dough is evenly rolled, making it becomes smooth and fit.

 

The size of noodles string is different based on the requirement of each product.

STEAMING

Noodles strings is gelatinized and cooked by the steam in the totally private steaming cabinet. The heat source is the combination between the modern heat providing system with the pressure criterion, which is installed and adjusted automatically.

 

QUANTITATIVE CUTTING AND SETTING THE SHAPE

After being irrigated and drained, the noodles strings are stretched and cut into individual slices and blown dry. And then it is transferred to the fixative mold during cooking period.

FRIED

Fried noodles help reducing moisture, shaping the noodles and making the noodles completely finished to improve the quality of the product after the packaging process.

In addition, frying temperature eliminates the microorganisms that causes disease for humans and for long-term preservation.

COOL BLOWING

With the automatic cooling system by fresh wind taken from the natural environment and filtered by modern equipments.The temperature of the noodles after drying will quickly returning to normal before the packaging process.

PACKING AND PACKAGING

  • Noodles are packaged by film package to create finished products.
  • Noodles and spice packages must adapt the standards and be adequate for the merchandise.
  • Noodles packages must be private, not open, cracked or torn, wrinkled.
  • Expiration is clearly printed and on the request.
  • Packages of noodles and boxes of noodles must be set at the right amount and weight.

SHIPPING PROCESS

The newest, cleanest noodles packages are delivered to supermarkets, distributors and retailers where they can deliver to the consumers.
